Thanks for the feedback on searching members by location. I would love that feature too. I'll check with NIng and see when/if they are going to add that. I guess for now we just have the geographic Groups that have formed.
Didn't know that about Bose headphones. Great policy. Smart, too, considering the bucks you lay out for those babies.

I agree that it seems like things haven't changed much in academia regarding CRM and CEM. I remember having heard something about CRM when I was in school, but it wasn't really taught. It's the same now, pretty much. Sure a lot of good stuff is in the classes, but I think that some of these newer techniques need to be more thoroughly presented to students. They'll encounter this stuff on the job, so they need to know this stuff eventually.
I love the message & focus of your business. My company (Whisper Labs) is about to launch a hosted software that makes it easy to collect and manage user ideas about what *else* the business can do to deliver value.
I would *love* the opportunity to get your feedback on our offering and learn if there is any way we can work together in the future.
